＊We are sorry that we cannot offer glass carving experience with glass brought by customers.

Thank you for your application!

We have accepted your reservation for the date and time you requested.


◆If we are unable to contact you more than 30 minutes after the start time, we will treat it as a cancellation.

◆Please note that no refunds will be made if payment has already been made.

◆Please come to the store 10 minutes before the start time on the day of the tour.

◆The maximum time allowed is 90 minutes.

◆If you register as a single person, you will be assigned to a seat for one person.

What to bring:

・Loupes and reading glasses if necessary
・If you have long hair, please tie it up.

*Only rehydration with plastic bottles or water bottles is allowed in the store.
Please refrain from eating food.

Please note

1) If you are late, your production time will be shortened.

2) Please refrain from cancelling without notice. If it is difficult to call us, you can leave a message on AssoView.

3) Please be careful not to injure yourself by overuse of the machine or break the glass by rough handling.
Please understand that we will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur in such cases.
Please understand that we may give you a warning if we deem it to be dangerous.

Extended workshop fees after closing time

Tuesdays and　Mondays at 18:00 when the shop closes.
*Maximum production time is 19:00
*Last admission by 17:30

Finished by 17:59 No additional charge
Finish between 18:00 and 18:29  　+￥2,200-
Finish between 18:30 and 19：00 　 +￥4,400-

Example: If 2 persons participate in the experience and it ends at 18:45 
(Total of experience fee and glass fee for 2 persons) + ￥4,400


Wednesday to Sunday: In case the shop closes at 19:00
＊ The maximum production time is up to 20:00
＊Last admission at 18:30.

Finish by 18:59  No additional charge
Finish between 19:00 and 19:29 　+￥3,300-.
Finish between 19:30 and 20:00 　+￥5,500-
